On January 29 in Session of the Grand Lodge of Guatemala, was made official delivery to the Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Guatemala of the copy found of the first Constitutional Reform of 1873 when the Supreme Central American Council had its headquarters in Costa Rica and governed all the masonry at the level of the Central American region.

At the same time, the civil statutes of the Supreme Central American Council of 1879 were handed over so that these documents of such high historical value could become part of the Museum of the Supreme Central American Council in Guatemala found in the archives of the Grand Lodge of Guatemala.
